One mail piece shouldn't be heavier than 3.3 oz. You need to sequence the printed materials that should be delivered on each carrier route. The Every Door Direct Mail program doesn't allow less than 200 mail pieces for delivery per day. A minimum of 200 printed materials need to be met. However, the maximum that can be delivered on a daily basis is 5000 EDDM mails. Other rule is that the mailing pieces cannot be thicker more than ¼ inches.
